Woohoo! I decided to try out 's painter tutorial! I hate working in Photoshop without very crisp, clear lines and this was an attempt to try and get over my fear of that. Holy crap! I think this my revolutionize my illustrations. (Glad I haven't done anything official yet.) I ended up turning this into a wallpaper I was so pleased. I love pivotal moment like this. I figured a cryptic Metuo comment would round things out nicely. It's a play on his name, which means "Nothing to Fear."

Huge thanks to Kat and her tutorial for inspiring me!

the effect is very dreamy and nice...like a bygone memor (i sound really cliche right now)

I know, I'm sorry! Both Killian and I are working a city shift together that lasts from midnight on Friday to 4 pm on Saturday (which means sleeping during our 8 hours off in the car in DC...ick!), and then more work on the weekdays, so life is pretty hectic till we find better jobs!
