24-Hour Comic: Page 7-8

Page 7 is really where I started to crash. My time was kind of divided into two halves, one before I took my 5 hour break, and the second after. I did all my frame lines and marker-gestures the first half, along with inking the first two pages. When I came back to begin my second half, I finally had my script worked out and did all of my lettering and dialogue balloons in one fell swoop. This exhausted me and took far longer than I'd anticipated, so every bit of the inking here on out was a death march, and it shows. The raptors at the bottom of page 8 were really the first time I was like "Oh my God, this sucks and I don't care."
And despite my storyboarding, I still have dialogue balloons crowding the characters.
